About this place
A beautiful and comfortable 1 Bedroom Air Conditioned Condo in Makaha Valley - stunning Ocean & Mountain views All the amenities of home, suited for longer stays. Full kitchen & large bathroom. Several gas BBQ's for all guests to use & a large heated pool surrounded by reclining chairs to sunbathe. The Ocean you see in the pictures is not even a mile away, known as the famous Makaha Surfing Beach. Golfing, hiking,snorkeling paddle boarding, surfing are all just minutes from the front door.
The neighborhood
Makaha area is the quiet side of Oahu with surfing on Makaha Beach, one mile from the complex. A golf course is not even a half mile away. The best sunsets are the here on the West Side of the island ! With several local beaches to relax on, swim, snorkel, watch for turtles, monk seals and even whales!
Getting around
A vehicle is highly recommended. Parking is onsite with 24 hour security. The Bus stop is out front of the condo. Transportation to and from airport is available through a taxi based at Makaha Valley Towers and costs about $120 one way. The airport is about 50 - 60 minutes from the complex, depending on traffic.

What this place offers
House rules
Hawaii State Tax must be paid via Air BnB Resolution Center before arriving. No Smoking in Condo, on Lanai's, Hallways or Parking Areas. Smoking area is by the entrance near the bicycle parking area and closes at 9 pm. After that you must leave property. Because of the tropical breeze, no hanging of towels or clothes on Lanai or anywhere outside. Check in is anytime after 4 pm - Check out is before 11 am Self check in with LockState Smart Lock

The apartement is very clean and comfortable. We just had to accept the very high security .... We are not used with that. There's not so much to do in Wai'anae, but it is interested to see this part of the island. Thank you Ray.

We loved staying in this condo. The host was friendly and even had chocolates available for us when we arrived. Very lovely place and very comfortable stay. We would use this place again. Thanks for a great week in your condo!

The host made my guest and I feel very welcome. Their was a guidebook that recommemed beaches, hikes, and restaurants, that I found to be very helpful. Whatever questions I had about the listing, I always got a quick response. The place itself was beautiful, clean, and a nice spot to spend a vacation. Everything about the condo wad listed in the ad. From the beautiful waianae mountain view, the ocean view and the pool and bbq area. Not to mention that it was very peaceful and quiet area to spend a vacation. I would definately recommend friends and others to stay here!

Our stay was wonderful! The condo had a beautiful view up on the hill and the space was perfect for 2. The employees at the security gate were always very friendly and the property was very well kept. Ray was always very quick to respond, especially when we were concerned about the 2 hurricanes that were headed toward the islands. Luckily we were hardly affected on our side of the island. Right at the bottom of the street from the condo was a beautiful beach for snorkeling. All of the directions and instructions for the condo were easy to follow and it was very easy to find it's location. If you're looking to get away from the chaos of Honolulu and Waikiki, this place and part of the island is great.

Absolutely enjoyed staying at Ray's place last minute. It was very clean and just like the pictures. The views from the balcony were beautiful all day long. Very friendly people at the Towers. I definitely would recommend this as a place to stay!
