About this place
A private small bedroom in a 2 BR 1BA apartment. There’s no living area as I converted to live in. The location is 2 minutes to Q33 bus stop, 5 minutes to 7 train station ( which directly takes you to Times Square in 35-40 minutes ).
The neighborhood
This elevator building is located in a great neighborhood where there are many great restaurants from all parts of the world ( Latin American, Indian, Thai, Japanese, Filipino and the list goes on) . The building is also conveniently near many groceries (including organic choices) and drugstores if you ever need anything.
Getting around
About 2 minutes to Q33 bus stop which will take you to LaGuardia (about 25 minutes) . 5 minutes walk to 7 train station ( which directly takes you to Times Square in about 35-40 minutes ).
Kitchen is not provided to use. Guest have access to the bedroom and bathroom only.

Host was wonderful. She and her husband were awesome host with nothing strict. they volunteered to send me off knowing i have many baggage. i would love to stay with her if given the chance again and at this price. its a steal folks in NYC. love the pet as well, furry and fun

Wonderful stay at Cheer s apartment, the room is cozy and clean. Cheer and her roommates showed great hospitality. I had great time talk with them.

It's an amazing place to stay in New York, Cheer and her husband were really welcoming and answered all my queries quickly, they even helped me with all the touristy things and all. The room is as advertised, cleaned. The dog is really amazing and if you're a dog lover then it's the best place to stay at this price. I highly recommend this place.

Cheer and her husband were incredibly nice and welcoming. Their place is very nice and clean. I loved the neighborhood, it's very diverse and safe. It's only a 5 min walk to the 7 train which connects you to everywhere. I would definitely recommended staying with Cheer!
